Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    3 slices American cheese
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine in pan and blend in flour.
    Add milk and other ingredients.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring until smooth and thick (approximately 7 minutes). Serve over broccoli or cauliflower.
