Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lasagna noodles
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (16 oz.) tomato sauce
1 jar Ragu
2 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix (dry)
2 to 3 lb. ground chuck (less fat)
2 eggs
3 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, thin sliced
Preparation

Mix together tomato paste, tomato sauce, Ragu, package of spaghetti sauce mix and cooked ground chuck. Cook noodles in large amount of water until tender; drain and rinse. Mix eggs, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, parsley flakes and pepper. Layer noodles. Spread cottage cheese filling, Mozzarella cheese and meat sauce. Repeat steps until done. Top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees about 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
