Old-Fashioned Pumpkin Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. softened margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar, granulated
1 tsp. orange juice
3 egg whites
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/4 c. light corn syrup
2 Tbsp. molasses
1 c. and 2 Tbsp. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix brown sugar, margarine, granulated sugar and orange juice in a bowl until smooth.
Add egg whites, one at a time until blended.
Stir in pumpkin, corn syrup and molasses.
