Broccoli-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head broccoli, cut into flowerets
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    1/4 tsp. dried mustard
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut up broccoli; peel and chop stems.
    Simmer in 1/2 cup of the water until just tender.
    Add soup, seasonings and water.
    Cook until well blended and hot, but not boiling; stir occasionally. Stir in grated cheese until melted.
    Serve hot.
