Beer Batter Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. oil

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Cover fish with batter; fry until golden brown.
