Homemade Sloppy Joes - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. liquid Butter Buds (you can purchase these at Marsh's Market in Troy)
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar or 1/4 tsp. Sweet 'N Low (brown)
3/4 c. ketchup
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground lean white turkey meat (skinless)
Preparation

Simmer ingredients in a large, nonstick skillet for 1 hour. You can cook this in a crock-pot for 4 to 5 hours while you are away from the house.
