Meat And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated mild cheese
    2 or 3 medium potatoes
    2 medium onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Peel and slice potatoes and onions in thin slices.
    Layer meat, potatoes and onions in a casserole.
    Mix soup, salt and pepper; pour over the other ingredients.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
