Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears
    3/4 stick margarine
    2 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of mushroom or broccoli soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 can milk (use the can from 1 of the soups)
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cut broccoli in pieces.
    Place all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish; cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or 1 hour. Stir once or twice during cooking.
    Add more milk if casserole appears dry.
