Enchilada Bake(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2/3 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) canned tomato sauce
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 tortillas
Preparation
    Crumble beef in a shallow casserole dish (2 1/2-quart). Sprinkle with minced onion and garlic.
    Heat uncovered on Medium-high for approximately 6 minutes.
    Stop to stir occasionally to break up meat.
    Drain fat.
