Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. sugar (decrease if using sweet coconut)
    1 c. coconut
    1 stick melted margarine
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake about 30 minutes or until set and browned.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
