Broccoli And Cheese Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 c. whipping cream
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Take a 9-inch pie crust; bake and remove from oven.
    Brush with Dijon mustard.
    Meanwhile, cook broccoli as directed.
    Drain and chop.
    Mix with cream, eggs, salt, cayenne, nutmeg and cheese. Pour into prepared crust.
    Sprinkle around edges of top with sunflower seeds, if desired.
    Bake at 370\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until set.
    Serve hot, warm or at room temperature.
