Cottage Cheese Luncheon Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. (about 3 c.) cottage cheese
2 tsp. salt
few grains pepper
1 c. chopped radishes
1/4 c. cut fine chives
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Season cottage cheese with salt and pepper.
If very moist, drain.
Add radishes, chives and mayonnaise.
If too dry, moisten with a little cream or extra mayonnaise.
Mix well.
Chill.
