Broccoli Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) bunch fresh broccoli
    1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 cloves garlic, unpeeled and minced
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash broccoli, removing tough ends.
    Peel stems if tough. Split broccoli into separate flowerets.
    Cut pieces so they are no more than 3 inches long.
    Put broccoli into steamer basket.
    Steam for approximately 10 minutes or until broccoli is bright green, but still tender-crisp in texture.
    Remove onto heated serving dish.
    Cover.
