Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Combine oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, soda and salt; mix well.
Fold in pecans and apples.
Bake in tube pan 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
