Amazing Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. mayonnaise
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 c. white sugar
1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
3 c. peeled and chopped apples
1 c. raisins

Preparation

In a large bowl on low speed, combine first 10 ingredients. Mix 2 to 3 minutes.
Mixture will be heavy.
Add apples, raisins and nuts.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
Top with whipped cream when served.
I used red Roman apples.
