Cinnamon Pancakes(Serving For 4 To 6 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, separated
    4 c. milk (skim works fine)
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon and sugar into a mixing bowl.
    Beat together egg yolks and milk.
    Add vegetable oil, while mixing, then add all at once to dry ingredients; stir just until smooth.
    Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
    Fold into batter.
