Crispy Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    1 large carrot
    1 red pepper or can use pimentos
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. hot water
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. salt
    garlic powder to taste
    onion powder to taste
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop cabbage, green pepper, onion, carrot and red pepper.
    Mix vinegar solution real well and pour over cabbage mixture.
    Mix well and seal in a Tupperware bowl.
    Serve after 24 hours.
    Keep one month in refrigerator or freeze.
