Delicious Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour (plain)
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and milk.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add well beaten egg yolks.
    Cook 2 minutes longer, then add 1 cup coconut. Remove from heat.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Pour into a baked pie crust.
    Take egg whites and beat well.
    Add 2 tablespoons sugar; beat 2 minutes longer.
    Cover with meringue.
    Add coconut on top of meringue.
    Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
