Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 small can Pet milk
1 stick margarine
1 c. cooked potatoes
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cook potatoes, drain and place in mixing bowl.
Melt margarine and pour in potatoes.
Mix well.
Put other ingredients into mixture and mix well.
Pour into 2 small unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 200\u00b0 until done.
