Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of cayenne
1/2 medium onion
1/2 stalk chopped celery
1 c. tomato sauce
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 can chili beans
dash of ground cloves
Preparation

Brown meat, onion, celery and green pepper in large pan. Drain off fat by spooning.
Add the soup, sauce, water and seasoning.
Simmer 30 minutes with lid ajar.
Add beans when chili is done; heat through.
Thin with water if needed.
