Barbecued Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 to 4 lb.) Armor blade beef roast
meat tenderizer
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 clove garlic, minced
dash of basil
dash of oregano
dash of crushed thyme
Preparation

Sprinkle beef with meat tenderizer according to label directions; place in Dutch oven.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over beef.
Cover pan tightly.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours or until beef is tender.
Make gravy from pan drippings if desired.
