Quick Taco Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. sliced stuffed green olives
1 (8 oz.) can crescent dinner rolls
1 1/2 c. crushed corn chips
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In large pan, brown ground beef; drain.
Stir in seasoning mix, water and olives; simmer 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, separate dough into 8 triangles.
Place triangles in ungreased 9-inch pie pan, pressing to form a crust.
Sprinkle 1/2 of corn chips over bottom of crust. Spoon meat mixture over crust and corn chips.
Spread sour cream over mixture and cover with cheese and then remaining corn chips. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
