Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
1 c. hot water
4 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Sift flour and sugar together.
Add vinegar, egg yolks and lemon, then hot water.
Cook and stir until it boils.
Put in baked pie shell.
Top with meringue.
