Buffet Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Thaw potatoes.
    Combine in a large bowl with 1/2 cup melted butter.
    Combine the next 6 ingredients.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan casserole and top with cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
