Baked Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb. 10 oz.) can whole green chilies
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in strips
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
salt, pepper, liquid red pepper to taste
5 large eggs
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Slip a strip of cheese in each chili pepper.
Arrange 1/2 of chilies in baking dish; sprinkle with half of grated cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
Carefully pour egg, milk and flour mixture over all.
Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
