Low-Fat Lemon Supreme Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1 lemon cake mix
1 small instant lemon pudding
1 3/4 c. apricot juice
4 egg whites
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
lemon juice
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except powdered sugar and lemon juice. Beat well.
Pour in Bundt pan sprayed with Pam.
Cook according to directions on cake box.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Mix powdered sugar and enough lemon juice to make thick paste.
Pour on warm cake.
