Pittsburgh Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 potatoes (medium)
    1 stick margarine
    1 clove garlic or garlic powder (best when garlic powder is used)
    salt and pepper to taste
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Melt margarine over potatoes. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Stir.
    Place in oven; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    When potatoes are tender, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and stir. Return to oven until cheese melts.
    Will serve 4 hearty eaters.
