Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut, drained
2 c. bean sprouts, drained
2 c. celery
1 c. mango (red or green)
1 c. onion, diced
2 c. white sugar
1 c. vinegar
Preparation

Boil sugar and vinegar until sticky.
Pour over remaining ingredients; stir good.
Chill.
