Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. sifted cake flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Cream butter and shortening; gradually add sugar, beat well with electric mixer.
    Add cream cheese, beat until light and fluffy.
    Alternate adding flour and eggs, beginning and ending with flour.
    Stir in vanilla.
