Microwave Sugar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. coffee cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients together, mix well.
    Then add the rest.
    Cook approximately 9 to 12 minutes in the microwave.
    Stir while cooking.
    The mixture will bubble up and when it is thick like pudding, pour into a baked (9-inch) pie shell.
    Time in the microwave may vary according to bowl size and microwaves.
    Make only 1 pie at a time.
