Chocolate Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. sifted granulated sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, salt and cream of tartar together, then gradually add sugar.
    Fold in nuts and vanilla.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Let cool.
