Norwegian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
3 shakes Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
3 shakes poultry seasoning
1 can mushrooms
3 pkg. brown gravy mix
1/2 c. Burgundy wine
Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients; mix well.
Form meat mixture into small balls.
Brown lightly in small amount of butter, then bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until firm and brown.
