Microwave Cheese Shrimp Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 crackers
    1/4 c. water
    8 oz. (2 c.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 egg, separated
    4 1/2 oz. can small shrimp, drained
Preparation
    Arrange crackers on napkin-lined plates.
    In bowl, microwave butter for 10 seconds to soften.
    Add cheese and blend.
    Stir in egg yolk and shrimp.
