Country-Style Cube Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cube steak
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
Preparation

Coat meat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper; brown in oil with onion and green pepper.
Stir in brown sugar, mustard, catsup, water, vinegar and Worcestershire.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
Serves 4.
