Zucchini Freezer Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. shredded zucchini
    1 large box strawberry Jell-O
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook zucchini 6 minutes.
    Add other ingredients.
    Bring to a boil; cook 6 minutes.
    Pour into 1/2 pint jars or pints.
    Seal and turn upside down.
    Let stand 24 hours.
    Freeze.
