Linguine With Tomatoes And Basil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 large, ripe tomatoes, chopped
    1 lb. Brie cheese, rind removed and torn into pieces
    1 c. fresh basil leaves, cut into strips
    4 to 6 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
    1 c. virgin, first press olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. linguine
    freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, Brie, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
    Set aside, covered, at room temperature for 2 to 4 hours.
