Corn Chips(Fritos) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. unbleached white flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oil
    2/3 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    In measuring cup or bowl, add boiling water to oil.
    Stir together and pour onto dry mixture all at once.
    Quickly gather into soft dough and divide in half.
    Roll out on cookie sheet very thin.
    Score and bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown around edges.
    Serves 16.
