Better Than School Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

German chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 squeezable caramel topping
1 container Cool Whip
2 to 3 Skor bars (freeze them)
Preparation

Bake cake according to box directions.
Let cool.
Poke holes all over cake (opposite end of a wooden spoon works great). Drizzle entire can of milk over top of cake.
Fill holes and pour all over.
Let milk soak in and do the same with caramel topping as with the milk.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle top of cake with smashed up candy bars.
