Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 c. hot milk
Preparation
    Saute gently onion in butter.
    Add next three ingredients. Stir in hot milk.
    Simmer slowly for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Put in blender for 1 minute.
    Before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese and pop under the broiler to brown. Yields 6 servings.
    Very tasty.
