Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup butter or (1 stick butter) soften
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    2 tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 cups milk
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    2 frozen 9 inch pie shells
Preparation
    Mix eggs, butter and sugar well.
    Add flour and stir in milk and flavoring.
    Pour into 2 9-inch frozen pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 12.
