Herb Casserole Bread(1 Loaf) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 3/4 c. all-purpose flour (about)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. basil leaves
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. milk
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    coarse salt
Preparation
    In a
    large bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt, basil, oregano,
    garlic
    powder
    and undissolved yeast.
    Heat milk, water and margarine to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Margarine need not melt. Add
    to
    dry ingredients.
    Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer.
    Add 1/2 cup of flour.
    Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Stir
    in
    enough
    remaining
    flour\tto
    make stiff batter.
