Shrimp Remoulade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) jar Zatarians creole mustard
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
    4 spring onions with tops, chopped fine
    1 oz. white vinegar
    1/8 c. green pepper, chopped fine
    3/4 c. onion, chopped fine
    1 dash garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Add 5 pounds cleaned shrimp; mix well.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Serve with crackers or may be served as a shrimp salad on lettuce.
