Blue Cheese Meat Loaf Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices white bread
1/4 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Blue cheese, crumbled
1 egg, beaten
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 c. soft bread crumbs (about 5 slices)
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper (or to taste)
3 to 4 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
3 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Tear the bread into small pieces.
Combine bread and milk; stir in cheese and 1 egg.
Set aside.
