Frozen Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. whole mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 head fresh cabbage
    1 carrot
    1 mango
    1 tsp. salt for each head of cabbage
Preparation
    Boil sugar, vinegar, water and seeds for 1 minute and let cool completely.
