Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1 stick margarine, melted (reserve half)
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
crushed potato chips for topping
Preparation

Mix potatoes, melted margarine, sour cream, soup, onion and cheese.
Put in a 13 x 9-inch pan and top with crushed potato chips.
Pour the reserved 1/4 stick melted margarine on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
