Slow Cooker Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 trimmed beef brisket (6 or 8 lb.)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can applesauce or equivalent
    1/2 small can tomato paste
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place brisket in crock-pot, cutting meat if necessary to fit into pot. In a bowl, stir together all other ingredients and pour over meat. Cover; cook on low heat setting about 10 hours or until meat is tender.
    Remove meat, reserving juices; cover to keep warm.
