Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced, unpeeled zucchini
    1/2 c. Bisquick mix
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 large clove finely chopped garlic
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Spread mixture in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
