Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. All-Bran cereal
    1 1/4 c. low-fat milk
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients, except All-Bran.
    Mix All-Bran, milk, oil and egg whites together and let sit 5 minutes.
    Stir dry ingredients into wet mixture.
    Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups or line cups with paper liners.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
