Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 stalks celery, finely chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 jalapeno, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 small can tomato paste
    2 cans Shur Fine tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Add sugar, tomato paste, tomatoes and garlic.
    Cook down until \"dry enough\".
    Add bread crumbs until \"dry like you want it\" (about 1 cup).
    Bake in a Pyrex dish.
    Freezes well.
