Italian Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boneless sirloin or chuck roast
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. seasoned salt
3 beef bouillon cubes
water
3 medium onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. dried basil
1 1/2 c. hot banana peppers
hard rolls
Preparation

In a deep baking pan, place roast and 1-inch of water. Sprinkle with salt and cover with onions. Bake, covered at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
Remove meat from pan. Reserve and chill broth.
Refrigerate meat until firm.
Cut into very thin slices.
Place in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
